The first “C” is Choose. Your life, your body and your mind, is in your own hands. You have the control to choose how you live your life, how you treat your body and what good you will make of it. When it comes to weight loss, you make the choice to commit and challenge yourself to change.
Step 2: Commit
The second “C” is Commit. Committing is the portion of this journey that some of us can get stuck on. But once you make the choice to commit to a path full of healthy lifestyle changes, it all begins to come together. Find the strength from within to commit to your new lifestyle and be patient when it comes to seeing results!
Step 3: Challenge
The third “C” is Challenge. To paraphrase a saying "I never said it would be easy, I said it would be worth it," is a true testament to the challenges you face on a weight loss journey. Michelle and Lisa have been through it and can guarantee that if it doesn't challenge you, it does not change you. Whether it be challenging yourself to a new workout or challenging your meal plan, the payoff will be big!
Step 4: Change!
The fourth “C” is Change. This piece of the puzzle cannot come without starting from the beginning of our Four C's. Choosing to commit and taking on the challenge results in change. Michelle and Lisa have learned this first hand. The feeling you get from looking in the mirror and seeing a new person is uplifting and invigorating. Are you ready to change?
