This week’s Tabata is all about the core!  Inspired by Tyler’s current favorite workouts!

20 seconds squat jumps, 10 second break.
20 seconds v-ups, 10 second break.
20 seconds mountain climbers, 10 second break.
20 seconds plank, 10 second break.

Repeat for a total of 4 minutes.
