We asked Jenel of Prowess Private Training for a tabata she would recommend for
someone training for an obstacle course race and in true Jenel fashion, she provided these two butt kicking moves!

20 seconds burpees to push up, 10 second break.
20 seconds deck squats, 10 second break.
20 seconds burpees to push up, 10 second break.
20 seconds deck squats, 10 second break. 

Repeat for a total of 4 minutes.
