Throughout What Are You Hungry For?, Deepak suggests that it is lack of personal fulfillment that can be linked to ones tendency to over eat or struggle with their weight. Deepak encourages the reader to look inward to figure out the deeper meaning behind their diet struggles. He then offers some dietary tips and solutions to focus what you eat more on health and nutrition. Reviews of this book are mainly positive and one reviewer in particular credits this book for new found joy found within daily awareness and small changes.

Fitness or Fiction by Brent Brookbush is all about myth busting through the fitness world. Brent goes on to talk about how the industry is full of misinformation and his book will steer you clear of that and straight in the right direction. This book is full of excellent resources and is very easy to understand for the every day person!
