This week’s book is The Calorie Myth: How to Eat More, Exercise Less, Lose Weight, and Live Better by Jonathan Bailor.

We are extremely interested in picking up this book as we’ve heard a lot about it and since coming to the end of Whole30, where the principals do not rely on calorie counting but personal portion sizes, we are curious to find out Bailor’s approach.

The book gets amazing reviews with weight loss success stories to go along with it. If you get to pick this up, let us know!
