This week’s cheat isn’t even that much of a cheat. We totally faked out our taste buds here with this VERY healthy cheat of Baked Apples with Coconut Milk! We agree that you could even leave out the coconut milk and it would still be just as yummy! But you simply microwave a cored apple, add some chilled coconut cream or coconut milk, silvered almonds and cinnamon and voila! Check out the link to the recipe for more specifics and enjoy!
Additionally, Michelle’s studio had a birthday to celebrate today and the birthday girl requested non GMO baked goods and Michelle found Jennifer’s Way Bakery - A Gluten Free, Non GMO, Soy, Dairy, Peanut free bakery. The cupcakes were baked fresh before they were delivered this afternoon and the staff said they were amazing! Michelle is having her cupcake tomorrow after this final day of Whole30 ends!
